WAR HORSE TO MAKE WEST END TRANSFER
The National Theatre's smash hit War Horse, featuring projection design by 59's Mark Grimmer and Leo Warner, is to move into the West End in 2009. The show, which sold out both it's original 2007-08 run, and it's 2008-09 revival, won a slew of awards in 2008 including the Olivier award for Best Design.
When it concludes it's run on the Olivier stage it will move directly into the New London Theatre in the West End, where it opens on the 31st of March 2009.
